1. Where is my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to check delivery status.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within a few days after placing your order, please contact us.
2. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- Australia: 5–12 business days
- Other countries/regions: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Any free-shipping promotions or discounts will also be shown at checkout.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. vorymart ships to many countries and regions worldwide. Available destinations and options are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
5. Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by local customs. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
6. How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Our team will advise you on available options.
7. What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item has no stains, damage, or signs of wear.
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags are included.
- The item is in resellable condition.
- You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

8. Who pays for return shipping?
vorymart covers return shipping when the return is due to our responsibility, including:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
Customers pay return shipping when the reason is personal, for example:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Item does not meet personal preference
9. How do I request a return or refund?
Please contact our customer service team and provide:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos, if the item is defective or damaged

10. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

12. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers using secure, encrypted connections. vorymart does not store your full card details on our servers.
